1) I propose to introduce lighting facilities through the use of floodlights at Cricket Nets, Football, Hockey and Lawn Tennis in order to facilitate the playing of these sports post-dusk as well.

These lists will be sent to the respective halls for their recommendation for each particular player. Along with that, the halls will be asked to provide recommendations for any outstanding player of their hall outside of the Inter-IIT contingents. The entire list will then be scrutinized according to the official procedures as is the norm.
