• Madhya Pradesh State singles runner and doubles Badminton champion.
• Inter-IIT player since last two years with a silver medal each time.
• Inter-Hall gold in first year.
• CGPA: 7.44
• Elected to the post of Secretary, Badminton Sub-Committee, Technology Students’ Gymkhana
• Captain of a zonal Badminton Team.
• Organising Team Member, Shaurya, IIT Kharagpur annual sports meet.
• District level squash player.
• Represented school in table tennis and cricket.

Some of his implemented proposals were:

• Badminton court polished after 7 years. Polishing has to be done in the interval of 3 years. Work worth Rs. 80000/-.
• Open IIT conducted after the gap of 2 years.
• Badminton court is now surrounded by proper barricades.
• First time team from outside came to play matches against the team of IIT Kharagpur which proved to be very fruitful.
  

PROPOSALS:

1) I propose to ensure the preparation of a Synthetic Tennis Court. This would simulate practice conditions exactly similar to those faced by Contestants at the Inter-IIT Sports meet.

2) I propose to install Aqua guards, dressing room and bathrooms at Lawn tennis court basketball Court and Jnan Ghosh Stadium.
· Aqua guards are required at lawn tennis Court and Jnan Ghosh Stadium.

Venue: There are two rooms vacant in Old Gymkhana which were earlier used as Store rooms and now can be used for the above purpose.
Lights – Normal 60-100W Bulbs are used for playing Carrom

4) Swimming form, gym form and award form will be made available online.
It will ask three details Name, Roll. No. , Date of Birth. The Compatibility of Roll No. and date of Birth will be checked from the institute database.
